By accessing our website, joining our community, or purchasing a coaching package, you agree to these Terms.
Sublimity provides Meta ads education, training, and coaching for home service business owners. This includes free training content, paid accelerated membership access, and 1:1 coaching packages. Our services are educational and consultative in nature.
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside of our control, including your offer, market, budget, and execution. We do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, sales, or return on ad spend from our training or coaching. Testimonials and examples referenced are not a promise of similar outcomes for you.
You may cancel your paid membership at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. Any refund exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Our community and scheduling are hosted on third-party platforms, including Skool and Calendly. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or changes to their services.
All training materials, templates, SOPs, videos, and content provided through Sublimity are the intellectual property of Sublimity Advertising LLC. You may use this content for your own business but may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose it for training others without our written permission.
Coaching sessions may be recorded and provided to you for your own internal training and reference. By participating in coaching calls, you consent to this recording.
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to sharing paid content or access with non-members, attempting to disrupt our platforms, or using our materials for unlawful purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sublimity Advertising LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or advertising spend.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
